But, are they coming back?
And if not, how do you replace those who left?
Even though most of the industry seems to be returning to normal, staffing is still a big challenge for many hotels. Peter Ricci, the Clinical Associate Professor and Director of the Hospitality & Tourism Management Program at Florida Atlantic University, joins us to talk about what he's seeing with labor trends in the hospitality industry. He also shares some creative ideas for staffing and attracting new workers. Enjoy this week's episode!
